Workout on overall Muscle Toning and Cross training.

http://youtu.be/tJy59CDkCOs This will be my personal workout on achieving overall muscle toning and development on endurance cross training.  This will help me on my endurance and leg muscle toning. I will be doing cardio workouts in between this cross training workout and this will help me achieve a lot of the endurance. I will place some of my workouts on the crosstraining precore work out machine and i will work on my upper leg muscle with the cross ramp
